Director of Business Development


Job Description:

1. Responsible for the development of the company's market expansion business, including formulating market expansion plans and sales objectives based on the company's strategy.

2. Conduct market research, gather market information, and interpret government policies regarding the development of the new energy industry, providing decision-making support for the company's market expansion.

3. Oversee the expansion of channels in the Indonesian market, develop new sales clients, and manage business relationships with local agents in Indonesia.

4. Plan and participate in offline marketing activities, acquire online customers, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns.

5. Accomplish other business development tasks assigned by the company headquarters.


Requirements:

1. Possess over 3 years of sales and market expansion experience, with a preference for those with experience in the field of new energy.

2. Proficient in using English and Office productivity software.

3. Goal-oriented, passionate, self-driven, and possesses a strong motivation for achievement.

4. Demonstrated keen market insight, data analysis, and market planning abilities.
